PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue an Order to Bobak, Inc., which operates Scott Market #34 located at 1600 Jordan Lane NW, in Huntsville, Madison County, AL.
The violation(s) consisted of failure to provide a method or combination of methods of release detection, for the facility mentioned above.
The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $5,000. The Order, if issued, would require OWNER to: provide a method or combination of methods of release detection.
Interested persons may submit written comments, including a request for a hearing, within 30 days of the publication date of this notice to:
