On April 1, 2012, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) provided Notice of Routine Program Change (RPC) to the Alabama Coastal Area Management Program (ACAMP). The RPC included changes to the ADEM’s Division 1 regulations (Fee Schedule B) and ADEM’s Division 8 regulations regarding federal consistency.

Pursuant to 15 C.F.R. §923.84(b)(4) the ADEM hereby gives notice that on June 25, 2012, NOAA’s Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) concurred with the ADEM that the revisions of the ADEM’s regulations did constitute an RPC. Federal consistency will apply to the approved changes after publication of this notice.

Division 1 Fee Schedule B does not apply to federal activities under 15 CFR 930 Subpart C.
