Notice of Withdrawal of the Low Dissolved Oxygen/Organic Loading TMDL for Indian Creek, LOCATED IN THE Tennessee River Basin

The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) is hereby withdrawing the Low Dissolved Oxygen/Organic Loading Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for Indian Creek, located in the Tennessee River Basin, Madison County, Alabama.  ADEM is withdrawing this TMDL based on the reasons detailed in the following document:

The effective date of the subject TMDL withdrawal for Indian Creek is February 9, 2018.  In addition, all NPDES permitting activities that have been previously affected by the subject TMDL will proceed accordingly as of the date of this notice. 

This notice is hereby given this 9th day of February, 2018 by authority of ADEM.
