Underground Storage Tank (UST) Program
The UST Program consists on requirements to help prevent and
cleanup pollution caused by leaking storage tanks. It also includes a
trust fund to provide financial assistance for both above ground and underground
storage tank owners, who comply with the regulatory requirements, to cleanup
pollution from tanks that have leaked.
